COVID-19 UPDATE

We are so happy to be able to see our wonderful orthodontic patients for regular orthodontic treatment again!

In order to provide the safest possible environment for our orthodontic family, we not only comply with all new federal, state, and local requirements, but we have implemented new equipment and protocols exceeding recommended safety standards.

Changes to our already rigorous safety measures include:

• Additional staff training to deal with COVID-19 outbreak

• Reducing office occupancy & increasing social distancing by limiting entrance to patients only (with one parent allowed for children under ten)

• Additional screening procedures including a COVID-19 health questionnaire and temperature assessment for everyone entering the office

• Entry-door screening staff

• Everyone entering the office will be required to wear a protective face covering

• Utilize state of the art medical-grade ultra HEPA filters to scrub the air throughout the office

• Removal of all frequently touched objects (toys, magazines, books, etc)

• Additional cleaning of all high touch areas

• Negative pressure treatment rooms

• Hands-free door opening
